My responsibilities are broad & many have dependencies on me, so I struggle to find flow due to constant context switching. That said, i've developed several "hacks" to facilitate getting there. Probably the most impactful one is crafting an environment (my 🤓 version of Bruce Wayne going in the Bat Cave to become Batman) that incepts it.
