an interesting book and itโ€™s based on tantric philosophy, which I believe could be bigger than the wave of meditation and yoga that is going through this country. Many people stigmatize tantra as a purely sexual-related thing, but itโ€™s really a holistic approach. It has a few controversial statements in the book that I enjoyed because it allowed me to reflect on whether I agree or not. Like, [Deida] invites you to behave for the next three days as if your father is dead. And that is based on the belief that we often want to impress our parents, so we behave in certain ways.
